844.07 CERTIFICATION OF RIDE SAFETY; EXPERIENCED OPERATORS.

(a) Each kiddie ride must be maintained in a safe and nonhazardous operating condition at all times. No license for any such ride may be granted until the Chief of Police certifies, in writing, that the ride is in a safe operating condition.

(b) There must be in attendance, at all times the kiddie land is in operation, at least one experienced operator for each ride.
