No license shall be issued until the applicant therefor supplies to the City a copy of a liability insurance policy in the minimum amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) on each person and three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for each occurrence. The policy shall, in addition thereto, save the City harmless from any liability arising out of the maintenance or operation of the kiddie land. The policy may not be cancelled except upon ten days written notice to the City.
