No person shall operate or maintain, directly or indirectly, in the City, a kiddie ride or kiddie land without first obtaining a license therefor from the Mayor and Council. Council may, at any time, suspend such license after a hearing for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or any other ordinance of the City or statute of the State.
