842.10 HOURS OF OPERATION; GENERAL RESTRICTIONS.
   No licensee shall purchase or receive, by sale, barter, exchange, gift or otherwise, any article mentioned in this chapter from any person between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the following day; from any person under seventeen years of age; from any person who is at the time intoxicated; from a habitual drunkard; from any person who is at the time under the influence of drugs; from a habitual drug addict; from any person known by such licensee to be a thief, an associate of thieves or a receiver of stolen property; or from any person he or she has reason to suspect of being such. No minor under seventeen years of age shall be permitted to loiter about the premises of any licensee, or ride upon the licensee's vehicle or accompany any licensee in the collection of junk. No person shall be permitted upon the premises of such licensee between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the following day, except the necessary watchman; and except that a licensee may, with his or her family, dwell upon the premises where his or her business is located, provided that he or she shall not conduct such business or receive, buy or sell junk between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the following day.
