836.13 PEDDLING OF FOOD; FOODHANDLER'S CARD REQUIRED.

No license shall be issued under this chapter to hawk or peddle food which may be, or which customarily is, consumed by humans after the sale thereof by the licensee without first being cooked, unless the applicant for such license possesses a foodhandler's card issued by the authorized agency of the County.
