836.12 GARBAGE AND RUBBISH.

Each peddler's vehicle shall be equipped with a receptacle for the disposal of wrappers, papers, envelopes or other containers. The peddler shall pick up such wrappers, papers and envelopes after any sale or delivery of his or her products.
