836.10 PEDDLING FROM FIXED LOCATIONS.

No license required by this chapter shall be issued to any person for peddling, hawking or vending from any stand or other device in a fixed location. Peddling, hawking and vending from any stand or other device in a fixed location is expressly prohibited.
