As a condition of the license, each garbage or rubbish collector shall provide to the City proof of liability insurance of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) for injuries, including death to any one person, and subject to the same limit for each occurrence, and property damage insurance of not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).
