Before any license to collect or transport garbage or rubbish is issued, the applicant shall secure and file with the City Clerk a bond in the penal sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000), indemnifying the City and conditioned upon the faithful compliance by the licensee with all the provisions relating to the collection and transportation of garbage and rubbish.
