828.06 LICENSE EXPIRATION; REVOCATION BY COUNCIL.

All licenses granted under this chapter shall expire at 12:00 midnight of the first Tuesday in May following their issuance. Licenses issued under this chapter may be revoked by Council for a violation of this chapter, any State or Federal law or any reasonable police regulation of Council generally imposed upon licensees under this chapter.
