824.18 EMPLOYEE CLEANLINESS; FOODHANDLER'S CERTIFICATES REQUIRED.
   (a)   All employees shall wear clean garments and shall keep their hands clean at all times while engaged in handling food, drink, utensils or equipment.
   (b)   Employees shall not expectorate or use tobacco in any form in rooms in which food is prepared.
   (c)   All employees shall have foodhandler's certificates of current issue.
