824.14 WATER SUPPLY.
   Running water under pressure shall be easily accessible to all rooms in which food is prepared or utensils are washed. The water supply shall be adequate, of a safe, sanitary quality, and approved by the State Department of Public Health. An adequate supply of running hot water shall be piped to all sinks. Where a storage tank is used, the minimum capacity shall be thirty gallons.
