824.11 LIGHTING AND VENTILATION.

   (a)   All rooms in which food or drink is stored or prepared or in which utensils are washed shall be well lighted.

   (b)   All rooms in which food or drink is stored, prepared or served or in which utensils are washed shall be well ventilated.
