(a) The fee for a license required by this chapter shall be twenty dollars ($20.00) per year or fraction thereof for each separate restaurant, provided that no fee shall be charged for a license granted to a fraternal, religious, educational or social organization.

(b) All licenses shall expire on the May 1 following their issuance, unless revoked, and shall not be transferable or assignable. All applications for license renewal shall be made at least thirty days before the license expires.
