824.02 LICENSES REQUIRED; POSTING.

No person who does not possess an unrevoked license of current issue, as provided in this chapter, shall operate a restaurant in the City. Such license shall be posted in a conspicuous place. Only persons who comply with this chapter shall be entitled to receive and retain such a license. A person conducting an itinerant restaurant shall also be required to secure a license.
