822.02 NUMBER OF LICENSES PERMITTED.

Council may establish by resolution the number of establishments within the City in which the sale or consumption of alcoholic liquor, beer, wine or spirits shall be permitted. The number of such establishments may be less, but in no case greater than the number of such establishments permitted by the laws of this State.
