818.07 OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES; ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES; LITTERING; LOITERING.
   (a)   No patron of a drive-in restaurant or other person while parking on or adjacent to the premises thereof shall race the motor of any vehicle, suddenly start or stop any vehicle, blow any horn or make or cause to be made any other loud or unseemly noise, nuisance or disturbance whereby the peace, good order or sanitation of the premises or neighborhood is disturbed, or whereby persons owning or occupying property in the neighborhood are disturbed or annoyed.
   (b)   No patron of a drive-in restaurant or other person on the premises of a drive-in restaurant, whether in or out of an automobile, shall drink any wine, beer or intoxicating liquor. However, this subsection shall not apply to any person when served inside the building by a drive-in restaurant duly licensed to serve such beverages.
   (c)   No person shall put, deposit or throw any food, beverage, paper cup, napkin, dish, bottle, container, straw, scrap paper, handbill, shavings, dirt, trash, hulls, shells, stalks or other refuse or waste materials in or upon any driveway, sidewalk, street, alley, parking lot or parking area on the premises or in the vicinity of any drive-in restaurant in such a manner and to such an extent as to thereby render the same unclean, unsightly or unsafe.
   (d)   The person in charge of the drive-in restaurant shall immediately report to the Police Department any violation of subsections (a) through (c) hereof.
   (e)   No person shall enter the premises upon which a drive-in restaurant is located from a public right of way except for the purpose of transacting business thereon with the drive-in restaurant licensee who controls the premises.
