818.05 SURFACING OF PARKING AREAS.

At the time of opening for business, the parking area on the premises of every drive-in restaurant shall be surfaced with a permanent type of pavement. Such pavement shall be constructed of concrete, asphalt or bituminous material and shall be drained so as to dispose of all surface water within the parking area.
