Licensees under this chapter shall not permit the sounding of horns or other devices that produce loud and harsh noises. To this end, the licensee shall post a large sign so that it is plainly legible notifying all patrons that hornblowing or sounding of other devices is not permitted on the premises to attract attention in order to obtain service.
