The sale of food, frozen desserts, beverages, candy, etc., from a window or opening in any drive-in restaurant shall not be permitted, unless such window or opening is at least four feet from the property line. Such window or opening may not be larger than twenty-four inches by eighteen inches unless it is enclosed by a glass or screen vestibule.
