As used in this chapter, "drive-in restaurant" means any establishment where food, frozen desserts and/or beverages are sold to the consumer, where automobile parking spaces are provided and where such food, frozen desserts and/or beverages are intended to be consumed in the automobile parked upon the premises or anywhere on the premises either inside or outside of the building.
