(a) The City Clerk shall suspend an adult cabaret license for a period not to exceed thirty days if it determines that a licensee:
(1) Has violated or is not in compliance with any section of this chapter.
(2) Has knowingly allowed an employee to violate or fail to comply with any section of this Chapter.
(b) The City Clerk shall suspend an adult cabaret license for a period of thirty days is determined that a licensee or an employee or agent has refused to allow, has prohibited or has interfered with an inspection of the licensed adult cabaret premises.
(c) The City Clerk shall advise the licensee in writing of the reason(s) for any suspension.
