802.09 RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR INSPECTIONS.

Acceptance by any person of a license granted by the City under this Business Regulation and Taxation Code constitutes permission to any officer of the City, within the authority granted him or her by the chapter under which the license was granted, to enter upon and inspect the licensed premises at all reasonable times.
