No person shall make, construct or have in his or her possession any device which is designed to explode or which will explode upon impact, or with the application of heat or by flame or by a chemical interaction of substances found inside the device will cause the device to explode or otherwise fail and disperse the contents outside of its container. No person shall be guilty of violating this section when possessing original product containers whose original contents were placed therein as part of the manufacturing process in full compliance with established industry standards and practices and when such original contents have not been changed.
