The following fees shall be assessed in connection with the issuance of concealed weapons permits:
(a) For an initial application, which includes confirmation of identification and residency, issuance of a purchase permit and cursory safety inspection/registration certificate, or investigation of clearance for a carrying concealed weapons permit, and a criminal history check, the fee shall be twenty dollars ($20.00) certified check or money order payable to "City of Lincoln Park." Clearance for the above request shall be good for ninety days.
(b) For each additional pistol permit thereafter, the fee shall be five dollars ($5.00) certified check or money order payable to "City of Lincoln Park."
(c) For a carrying concealed weapons permit (CCW), the State fee shall be ten dollars ($10.00) certified check or money order payable to "State of Michigan." The City investigation fee shall be twenty dollars ($20.00) certified check or money order payable to "City of Lincoln Park."
