692.05 SHOOTING GALLERIES AND TARGET RANGES.

Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the Mayor and Council, with the recommendation of the Chief of Police, upon written request, to grant permission for the operation and maintenance of an established shooting gallery or target range under such rules, regulations and conditions as the Mayor and Council or Chief of Police may provide.
