680.01 PROSTITUTION; FORNICATION.
   (a)   No person shall accost, solicit or invite another person in any public place or in or from any building or vehicle by word, gesture or other means to commit or afford an opportunity to commit prostitution or fornication, or to do any act involving the touching or contacting of the genitals of another.
   (b)   No person shall engage or offer to engage the services of another person for an act of prostitution, or an act involving the touching or contacting of the genitals of or by another, by payment in money or other form of consideration.
   (c)   No person shall loiter in a place where prostitution is practiced or allowed.
   (d)   No person shall receive or admit or offer to receive or admit any person into any place, structure, house, building or vehicle for the purpose of prostitution, lewdness or assignation, or knowingly permit any person to remain in any such place for any such purpose.
   (e)   No person shall aid, assist or abet another to commit, or offer to commit, any act prohibited by this section.
