662.15 THEFT OR NON-RETURN OF LIBRARY MATERIALS.
   (a)   Any person who shall procure, or take in any way from the Lincoln Park Public Library any library material with intent to convert the same to their own use, or with intent to defraud the Lincoln Park Public Library thereof, or who having procured or taken any such library materials, shall thereafter convert the same to their own use or fail to return said library material despite repeated demand by the Lincoln Park Library, or fraudulently deprive the Lincoln Park Public Library thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (b)   "Library material", as used above includes all materials and equipment belonging to or loaned to or otherwise in the custody of the Lincoln Park Public Library for service to community: any book, plate, picture, photograph, engraving, painting, drawing, map, newspaper, magazine, pamphlet, broadside, manuscript, magnetic or other tapes including videotapes, compact discs or digital video discs, electronic data processing records of all kinds, artifacts or other documentary, written or printed materials, regardless of form or characteristics, and equipment belonging to or loaned to or otherwise in the custody of the Lincoln Park Public Library.
