662.14 EMBEZZLEMENT.
   No person, being the agent, servant or employee of another, or the trustee, bailee or custodian of the property of another, or any partnership, voluntary association, public or private corporation, or this City or School District in the City, shall fraudulently dispose of or convert to their own use, or take or secrete with the intent to convert to their own use without the consent of their principal, any money or other personal property of their principal, which shall have come into their possession or shall be under their charge or control by virtue of being such agent, servant, employee, trustee, bailee or custodian, as recited above, if the value of the money or personal property is one hundred dollars ($100.00) or less.
