662.13 RETURNING UNQUALIFIED BEVERAGE CONTAINERS FOR REFUND.

No person shall intentionally return, offer to return or submit to a beverage retailer or distributor any beverage container for a refund of the deposit on such beverage container if the beverage container is not marked or identified as a Michigan beverage container qualified to receive such a refund.
