662.03 MISUSE OF CREDIT CARDS.
   (a)   Definitions. As used in this section:
      (1)   "Cardholder" means:
         A.   The person or organization who requests a credit card and to whom or for whose benefit a credit card is subsequently issued; or
         B.   The person or organization to whom a credit card was issued and who uses a credit card, whether or not the issuance of the credit card was requested.
      (2)   "Credit card" means any instrument or device which is sold, issued or otherwise distributed by a business organization or financial institution for the use of the person or organization identified thereon for obtaining goods, property, services or anything of value on credit.
   (b)   Use of Revoked, Canceled or Stolen Cards. No person, for the purpose of obtaining goods, property, services or anything of value, knowingly and with intent to defraud, shall use a credit card which has been revoked or canceled by the issuer thereof, as distinguished from expired, provided that notice of such revocation or cancellation has been received by such person through registered or certified mail or by personal service. No person knowingly and with intent to defraud, shall use a credit card that has been reported stolen or taken without consent of the cardholder.
