No person shall hire or employ, permit to be hired or employed, or suffer to work in any street trade, any minor contrary to the provisions of this section. No person shall give, sell, deliver or consign any goods, wares or merchandise, including newspapers, magazines, periodicals, advertising matter or any printed or written material, to any minor for the purpose of selling, distributing or delivering the same in any street trade in violation of this section. No parent, guardian or custodian shall suffer, permit, allow or induce any minor to engage in any street trade contrary to this section.
