602.03 FAILURE TO OBEY A POLICE OFFICER; FLEEING.
   No person who is given, by hand, voice, emergency light or siren, a visual or audible signal by a police officer, acting in the lawful performance of his or her duty, directing the person to stop, and such person who willfully fails to obey that direction by continued flight or other efforts to elude the police officer, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
