494.12 PARKING GATE PASSES.
   (a)   No person shall park any vehicle in the City-owned parking lot on Cleophus Street adjacent to the Fort Park alley without first obtaining a parking gate pass to park thereon from the Mayor, upon the posting thereon of signs indicating parking by pass only in such area.
   (b)   No person shall park any vehicle on the City-owned parking area on Cleophus Street, being the second parking area east of the police station building, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, without first obtaining a parking gate pass to park thereon from the City Clerk, upon the posting on such property of signs indicating parking by pass only in such area. The City shall issue parking gate passes, upon request, to those employees of the City entitled to park a vehicle thereon, namely City Hall employees. No person shall park a vehicle thereon without such sticker being affixed to the lower left corner of the rear window of the vehicle.
   (c)   No person shall park or permit a vehicle to remain parked for a period in excess of two hours in any of the three westernmost parking spaces in any parking row located in the Municipal parking lot lying within the area bounded by the alley east of Fort Street, West Electric Street, O'Connor Street and Southfield Road, upon the posting on such lot of signs indicating such parking limitation.
