(a) No person shall park a motor vehicle on any Municipally owned parking area from Southfield to Keppen, from the west side of Fort Street to Fort Park, for more than two continuous hours in the half of the available parking spaces nearest to the business establishments, upon the installation of parking meters allowing not more than two hours parking time on such portion of the parking area.
(b) No person shall park a motor vehicle on any Municipally owned parking area from Southfield to O'Connor, from the east side of Fort Street to Electric, for more than two continuous hours in the first six parking spaces of each row east of the Fort Street business establishments, upon the installation of parking meters allowing not more than two hours parking time on such portion of the parking area.
(c) No person shall park a motor vehicle for longer than twelve continuous hours on the remaining portions of the Municipally owned parking areas referred to in subsections (a) and (b) hereof.
