494.10 PARKING FOR HANDICAPPED PERSONS.
   (a)   It shall be the policy of the City to provide, in any Municipally owned parking area, handicapper parking spaces in numbers to conform with the requirements of Section 2 of Act 1 of the Public Acts of 1966, as amended (M.C.L.A. 125.1352) and to conform to any regulations and/or guidelines issued under that statute.
   (b)   Any resurfacing, repair or new construction of Municipal parking areas or structures erected subsequent to the enactment of this section (Resolution 81-609, passed August 10, 1981) shall be maintained in compliance with the State Construction Code as it relates to handicapper parking.
   (c)   In addition to the penalty provided in Section 494.99, the unauthorized use of a handicapper parking space by a vehicle not identified as required under Section 8.10(1)(s) of the Uniform Traffic Code shall be subject to towing away and impoundment at the owner's expense and liability.
