No person shall park any truck tractor trailer, semitrailer or dump truck on any Municipally owned area for longer than one hour between 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day unless the vehicle is making deliveries or pickups to or from stores located near or adjacent to a Municipally owned area, in which case such vehicle may remain longer than one hour but only until such delivery or pickup is completed.
