494.01 OPERATOR'S LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person, except a person expressly exempted under the Michigan Vehicle Code, shall drive any motor vehicle upon any Municipally owned area, unless such person has been licensed as an operator or chauffeur under the Michigan Vehicle Code, being Act 300 of the Public Acts of 1949, as amended.
