(a) No person shall park any house trailer, camper trailer, camper body, utility trailer, boat trailer or any other nonself-propelled vehicle for longer than twenty-four hours on any street, highway or public place in the City.

(b) The parking of a house trailer on private property is permitted, provided that such house trailer shall not be occupied for human habitation and such parking is permitted under the Zoning Code. Such trailer may be so parked and used in accordance with Chapter 1484 of the Building and Housing Code.
