(a) An owner or operator of a shopping center shall cause lines or marks to be painted on the surface of the parking areas located on the shopping center lot in the City to designate the spaces to be used for vehicular parking thereon. No person shall park any vehicle across any such lines or marks or park such vehicle in such a way that the same is not within the area so designated by such lines or marks, unless such vehicle is too large to be confined in one such space.
(b) No person shall park, stand or stop a motor vehicle, except in compliance with the directions of a police officer, at any place upon the shopping center property where official signs prohibit parking, standing or stopping.
(c) No person shall park any commercial vehicle on the shopping center for longer than one hour between 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on the following day unless the vehicle is making deliveries to stores located in the shopping center.
(d) Continuous parking of a vehicle on the shopping center for forty-eight hours is prohibited, and such vehicle may be impounded by the police. After thirty days, during which the vehicle shall be so impounded, such vehicle shall be deemed to have been abandoned.
