(a) No person, except a person expressly exempted under the Michigan Vehicle Code, being Act 300 of the Public Acts of 1949, as amended, shall drive any motor vehicle upon a shopping center, under the supervision of the owner or operator of the shopping center, unless such person has been licensed as an operator or chauffeur under the Michigan Vehicle Code.
(b) No person shall display, cause or permit to be displayed or have in his or her possession any operator's or chauffeur's license, as that term is used in the Michigan Vehicle Code, knowing the same to be fictitious or to have been cancelled, revoked, suspended, altered or mutilated.
