297.16 COLLECTIVELY BARGAINED HEALTH BENEFITS.

In the event of a conflict between the health benefits referred to in this chapter and the benefits provided by the terms of all three of the police and fire collective bargaining agreements, the terms of the collective bargaining agreements shall control.
