297.09 EXPENSE ACCOUNT.
   The expense account shall be the subaccount of the PF Health Benefits Fund to which shall be credited all money provided by the City to pay the administration expense of this chapter, and from which shall be paid all expenses necessary in connection with the administration of this chapter. The Controller shall annually certify to Council, on or before the first Monday in May, according to legal budget procedure established by the City, the amount of appropriations necessary to administer this chapter during the ensuing fiscal year, and the City shall appropriate such amounts to the credit of the expense account. Investment earnings of the PF Health Benefits Fund may be used to pay reasonable expenses of administration of this chapter, which amount shall be reimbursed by the City.
