296.32 FALSIFICATION OF STATEMENTS OR REPORTS.

No person, with the intent to deceive, shall make any untrue statement or report required under this chapter; falsify or permit to be falsified any record of the retirement system; or otherwise violate any of the provisions of this chapter.
