295.04 RECORDS AND REPORTS.
   The Controller shall keep or cause to be kept, in a convenient form, such data as shall be necessary for an actuarial valuation of the ME Health Benefits Fund. The Controller shall render a report to Council, on or before the first day in October of each year, showing the fiscal transactions involving the ME Health Benefits Fund for the year ending the preceding thirtieth of June, and the last balance sheet showing the financial condition of the ME Health Benefits Fund by means of an actuarial valuation of the assets and liabilities of the ME Health Benefits Fund. All records and reports created or maintained pursuant to or in furtherance of this chapter shall be public records open to public inspection at all reasonable times and places. Quarterly reports shall be provided upon request of Council or the Mayor.
