(a) Member employees' social security taxes, retroactive from the social security date of January 1, 1955, to the extent required, shall be paid from their respective individual accounts in the Annuity Savings Fund unless such payment is otherwise provided for.
(b) The employer's social security taxes, retroactive from the social security date of January 1, 1955, to the extent required, shall be paid from the retirement system's Pension Reserve Fund, and such Fund shall be reimbursed by the City for the amount so paid.
