(a) The City does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs, services or activities. Council shall designate an individual to coordinate compliance with the nondiscrimination requirements contained in Section 31.107 of the regulations of the U.S. Department of Justice.
(b) Information concerning the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the rights provided thereunder, shall be available from the ADA coordinator.
