292.07 MILITARY LEAVE POLICY.
   Fringe benefits that are part of the Employee Benefit Program, given to an employee who is called to active duty as a result of his or her Reserve or National Guard Unit status, shall be continued for ninety days after his or her call to duty. Any pay necessary to supplement loss of wages due to such call to duty shall be paid to such employee by the City, such that the total of compensation received from the United States Government and from the City shall equal the employee's regular base pay.
