286.03 DUTIES.

The Senior Citizens Commission shall:

(a) Act as a citizen's advisory group to the Mayor and Council on senior citizens' activities and problems peculiar to the aged;

(b) Formulate, in conjunction with the Senior Citizen Director, activities and educational programs for the senior citizens of the community;

(c) Survey the City's facilities adaptable for senior citizens' activities; and

(d) Assist Council in the planning of additional facilities to meet present and future needs of the community for assisting its senior citizens.
