280.03 POWERS AND DUTIES.

The Parks and Recreation Commission shall have all the powers heretofore granted by law to the Recreation Commission of the City, and from and after the establishment of the Department of Parks and Recreation, all powers of the Recreation Commission shall be transferred to the Parks and Recreation Commission.
